Based on an actual event, it's a great premise for a movie. To think that someone would be able to hide amongst the enemy to survive. A great idea for a movie, but hampered by bad acting and dialogue. The lead character seemed to be chosen only for his appearance, not his acting ability. There were a few honest moments by some of the minor characters, but not many. A young Julie Delpy stars.
I really wasn't aware that in the 30's, the occasions for your private parts to show were so abundant. It seemed like every few minutes he was in danger of having his pants pulled down.
Not written or filmed with much style, and lacking credible dialogue, the concept isn't enough to sustain this movie.
